1. Policy Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how you may cancel an order or request a refund for a product or service purchased through the Spice Dial Platform.

2. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests will only be considered if made within 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed, shipped, or is out for delivery.

In such cases, you may reject the product at the time of doorstep delivery.

3. Perishable Products

Spice Dial does not accept cancellations for perishable goods such as food or consumable items. However, refunds or replacements may be considered if you establish that the delivered product quality is unsatisfactory.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.

The request will be reviewed after verification by the seller or merchant. If the complaint is valid, an appropriate resolution (refund or replacement) will be provided.

If the product received does not match the description or your expectations, please report it within 7 days of receipt. Our customer service team will evaluate the complaint and take suitable action.

5. Manufacturer Warranty

For products covered under manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for service or claims.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
