The Platform is owned by Spice Dial, incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at Jessore Road, Kolkata 700074 (“Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Your access to and use of the Platform and Services is governed by these Terms of Use and applicable policies incorporated by reference. By using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by you are rejected.

These Terms may be modified at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

5. Payments & Transactions

You agree to pay all charges associated with Services. Upon initiating a transaction, you enter a legally binding contract with the Platform Owner.

The Platform may contain third-party links. We are not responsible for their policies or content.

6. Liability & Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or penalties arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of laws or third-party rights.

Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure events.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, India.

8. The Agreement

By accessing SpiceDial.in, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our spice blends are artisanal products; variations in color and texture are signs of natural authenticity.

9. Free Samples

Free samples are limited to one per household. “First come, first serve” is determined by the timestamp of a successful database entry. We reserve the right to cancel suspicious duplicate requests.

10. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are advanced bookings. Estimated shipping dates are provided but not guaranteed. Payments are processed securely via PhonePe.
